This role will require a proactive and hands on approach within a production environment. Team work, honesty and transparency is absolute paramount, to ensure site compliance, whilst ensuring teams are valued, engaged and encouraged to escalate any issue or potential for improvement. This role will report into the Site Technical Manager.
